The Boston Celtics were having an easy time of it on the court against the Philadelphia 76ers at the beginning of the first quarter in their second round NBA Playoff series on Monday at the TD Garden. The C's started the game on a 15-8 run.
Greg Stiemsma got to get in the game for Kevin Garnett with 5:58 left to play and was feeling it. He blocked Lou Williams' shot soon after entering the contest. After missing a shot, he factored in the Boston scoring on two straight trips. He assisted on a Mickael Pietrus layup before being the recipient of this Rajon Rondo alley-oop pass.
The game was starting to tighten up by then but those two Stiemsma driven possessions helped Boston carry a lead into the second quarter.
