Celtics Vs. Spurs: Boston Trails 50-48 At The Half

The Boston Celtics trail the San Antonio Spurs by a score of 59-48 after two periods of play at the Garden.

San Antonio has controlled the boards. The Spurs are out-rebounding the home team by a 28-17 margin. Tim Duncan leads the team with eight rebounds. Gary Neal leads the Spurs with 10 points, six from sinking two of his three 3-point attempts. Three other players have at least seven, including Daniel Green with nine.

Boston is shooting 50 percent from the field. Avery Bradley leads the Celtics with 13 points. Rajon Rondo has 10 points. Paul Pierce has eight points and seven rebounds. The Celtics have hit just one of four 3-point attempts, compared to five-for-11 for the Spurs.

San Antonio is looking for their ninth consecutive win. Boston is looking for their sixth win in a row.
