Ray Allen Injury Update: Sharpshooter A Game-Time Decision Against Utah Jazz

Ray Allen, who has missed the past three games with a sore right ankle, participated in the Boston Celtics morning shootaround Wednesday and is considered a game-time decision for the Celtics' tilt with the Utah Jazz according to the Boston Globe's Gary Washburn.

The Celtics are 2-1 in Allen's absence, and Avery Bradley has performed admirably while filling in as a starter. But the Celtics still miss Allen's floor-spacing capabilities, especially since the team's primary deep threat off the bench, Michael Pietrus, suffered a concussion and has also been out of the lineup.

Considering that the final month of the Celtics regular season schedule includes three games with the Miami Heat, two against the Atlanta Hawks, and one each against the San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls, Indiana Pacers, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers and Orlando Magic, the Celtics would love to be at full strength down the stretch.
