Celtics vs. 76ers Halftime Score: Celtics Lead At Halftime, 49-43

The Boston Celtics lead the Philadelphia 76ers by the score of 49-43 in Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center after the first half of play. The Celtics are looking to take over first place in the Atlantic Division with a win over the current first place Sixers. Boston is coming off two wins in a row while the 76ers have lost four of their last five games.

The Celtics were led by Kevin Garnett, who scored 14 in the first half against the Sixers. Paul Pierce scored 13 and Brandon Bass chipped in 10. The Sixers were led by Spencer Hawes, who scored eight points against the Celtics in the first half, while Andre Iguodala and Jrue Holiday chipped in seven points and Lou Williams came off the bench to add six points.
