Celtics point guard, Rajon Rondo, has been the subject of trade rumors for months now, but he says he's not allowing the talks to affect his play on the court.
I don't think anyone's really worried about it, honestly. Whatever happens, happens," Rondo said after the Celtics' 104-86 win over Portland. "No one's really focused on all the trade talk. We've done a pretty good job throughout this trade talk of just getting wins. We're professionals. We're an older team. Trades happen."
Rondo has averaged 11 points, 12 assists and 5 rebounds in his last games, in which the Celtics have won four. Boston is 6-1 since the All-Star break and looking to make a move on the Philadelphia 76ers for first place in the Atlantic Division and a top four seed in the Eastern Conference Playoffs.
Rondo is owed $36M over this next three seasons.
