NBA All-Star Game 2012: East Meets West At Amway Center In Orlando

The best of the best converge upon the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida on Sunday night as the Eastern Conference and Western Conference do battle in the 61st annual NBA All-Star Game, which tips off at 7:30 p.m. EDT (TNT).

As usual, there's a local flavor to the game as two members of the Boston Celtics will represent the East. Paul Pierce, captain of the Celtics, is making his conference-leading 10th All-Star appearance while Rajon Rondo is making his third. Both will be coming off the bench, as Pierce was voted in by coaches and Rondo is an injury replacement for Joe Johnson.

Of course, there are plenty of other stars. It is an all-star game, after all. LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Dwight Howard, Carmelo Anthony and Derrick Rose make up the starting five for the East while Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul, Kevin Durant, Blake Griffin and Andrew Bynum make up the West's starters.

Who has the upper hand? The East is favored by three points, but it's anyone's game.
