Delonte West isn't going anywhere, even though most of his NBA counterparts are. Due to the current NBA Lockout, many NBA players have inked deals with overseas teams in the event that there is not a new CBA in place by this November, when the season is scheduled to start. Unfortunately, West won't be able to join them.

West can blame his inability to sign overseas to his prior run-ins with the law. Most recently, West was sentenced to eight months of home detention after being convicted on charges of possessing illegal weapons. West missed the first 10 games of last season due to the ruling.
However, West said through his agent that he would like to remain in Boston, lockout or not.
