Shaquille O'Neal To Join ESPN Radio's Mike & Mike On Friday Morning

Shaquille O'Neal, who announced his retirement on Wednesday after 19 NBA seasons, will appear on ESPN Radio's Mike & Mike In The Morning on Friday at 9:30 a.m. EDT.

O'Neal, who played in 37 games for the Boston Celtics last season, averaged career lows in scoring (9.2 PPG) and rebounding (4.8 RPG) in his first and final season in Boston.

Prior to this past season, O'Neal played one year in Cleveland with then-Cavalier LeBron James. O'Neal has also played for the Phoenix Suns, the Miami Heat, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Orlando Magic.

O'Neal's glory days came in Los Angeles, where he was part of the Lakers' dynasty that won three consecutive championships from the 1999-00 season through the 2001-02 season. O'Neal also won an NBA title with Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat in 2006.

In 1,207 career games, O'Neal finished with 28,596 points (fifth all-time) and 13,099 rebounds.
