2011 NBA Draft Order: Cleveland Cavaliers Receive No. 1 Overall Pick
For the fourth time in franchise history, the Cleveland Cavaliers will be drafting No. 1 overall in the NBA Draft. Cleveland, which was represented at the draft by Dan Gilbert and his son, Nick Gilbert, received the top pick in the 2011 NBA Draft, marking the first time the Cavaliers have the No. 1 overall pick since they drafted LeBron James with the selection in the highly-regarded 2003 NBA Draft.
