Doc Rivers, the head coach of the Eastern Conference team for the 2011 NBA All-Star Game, wanted four Boston Celtics on the roster, and according to a report from Yahoo! Sports, he'll get his wish. Per Yahoo!, the Eastern Conference All-Star Reserves include Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo and Kevin Garnett.

It's just the third time since 1983 that one team has had four players on the All-Star team, and the first time since the Detroit Pistons accomplished the feat in 2006.
