Nearly as quickly as Nate Robinson-to-Golden State rumors surfaced, they were shot down. FanHouse's Sam Amick, who originally reported that the Celtics and Warriors were in discussions involving the guard, says it won't be happening -- it "is not going down."
Of course, this doesn't mean Robinson won't get traded -- it just means he won't be headed to Golden State. Boston could still be shopping him, especially with the return of Delonte West. The Celtics are expected to make a deal before Thursday's trade deadline, hoping to add depth at the small forward position with Marquis Daniels sidelined for an indefinite amount of time (likely the remainder of the season).
