Celtics vs. Warriors: Perkins Leaves With Left Knee Injury

The Celtics may have snapped their six-game losing streak at Golden State, but their 115-93 win came with a price. Center Kendrick Perkins, who returned last month from major surgery on his right knee, left the game at the 10:31 mark of the third quarter with a bruised left knee. Perkins sat on the Celts bench for the remainder of the game with the left knee wrapped in an ice pack, but was unable to return to action. After the game, he told the Boston Globe the injury was not serious. Perkins is "iffy," for Thursday night's game at Denver.

Perkins played 12 minutes against the Warriors, finishing with five points, seven rebounds and a blocked shot. He was replaced in the lineup by Glen Davis.
