Boston Celtics Training Camp 2011-2012: C's Training Camp Roster

The Boston Celtics' official training camp roster has not yet been released, but fans have a decent picture of what the team's roster will look like heading into this lockout-shortened 66-game season.

Training camp was originally set to begin on Friday, December 9, but that date may potentially be pushed back to Monday, December 12. As it currently stands, the Celtics have only six players under contract for the 2011-2012 season.

Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, Ray Allen, Rajon Rondo and Jermaine O'Neal will likely be the C's starting unit, barring any trades or major free agent signings (which, for the record, certainly isn't out of the realm of possibility with Danny Ainge).

The only other player under contract this season is Avery Bradley, who saw minimal playing time as a rookie last season, and wasn't particularly effective when he did play.

Even though they aren't signed, rookies JaJuan Johnson and E'Twaun Moore will be signed to rookie contracts and will be on the Celtics' training camp roster. However, whether or not they can make the opening day roster is still up in the air.

Boston faces the Toronto Raptors twice in the preseason, first on Dec. 18 in Toronto and again on Dec. 21, before opening up the regular season on Christmas Day against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.
