WALTHAM - Media has come and gone for the Boston Celtics, who hosted their annual media event at the team's practice facilities inside Healthpoint on Tuesday morning. Players and coaches took part in television and radio shoots, as well as plenty of media interviews.
While we didn't have Shaquille O'Neal to entertain us this year, there were still plenty of good moments and solid quotes from multiple players. Among the players seen speaking with the media were Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, Jermaine O'Neal, Chris Wilcox, Brandon Bass, Keyon Dooling, Avery Bradley, JaJuan Johnson, E'Twaun Moore, Jeff Green and Greg Stiiemsma. Rajon Rondo, Gilbert Brown, Michael Sweetney and Jamal Sampson were all in attendance at media day, but none were seen talking to reporters.
