The Boston Celtics made a number of roster moves today (via WEEI.com). The team re-signed veteran shooting guard/small forward Sasha Pavlovic. Pavlovic saw very little action in 17 games with Boston last season. He only scored 1.8 points per game and pulled down 0.8 rebounds per game in 8.8 minutes per game.
Boston also agreed to terms with rookies JaJuan Johnson and E'Twaun Moore. Both rookies were not allowed to practice. Now that they are signed they cannot be traded during the next 30 days.
After the trade that sent Glenn Davis and Von Wafer to Dallas for Brandon Bass, the Celtics have 14 players under contract. Greg Stiemsma is under a partially guaranteed contract, according to a report (via WEEI.com). The contract signings are good news because Doc Rivers was unable to run a full practice until today.
