Celtics' Avery Bradley Ties NBA D-League Record With Nine Steals

Avery Bradley, who was selected 19th overall in the 2010 NBA Draft by the Boston Celtics, tied an NBA D-League record with nine steals in the Maine Red Claws' 109-106 win over the Tulsa 66ers on Sunday in Portland.

Bradley, who also had 14 points in the Red Claws' win, was sent down to the D-League by the Celtics on January 14th. In 14 games with the Celtics, Bradley averaged 1.1 points, 0.4 steals, 0.4 assists and 0.4 rebounds.

In seven games with Maine, Bradley is averaging 15.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.1 steals. Bradley has started four games since his demotion to the D-League, and is shooting 39.8% from the field and 36.4% from three-point range.
