The Boston Bruins look to continue building for the future as the 2012 NHL Draft continues on Saturday.
Rounds 2-7 start at 10 a.m. ET, and can be viewed on the NHL Network.
The Bruins used their first-round pick (No. 24 overall) to select Malcolm Subban, a 6-foot-1 goalie who played for the Belleville Bulls of the Ontario Hockey League last season. Subban was fourth in the OHL last season with a 2.50 goals-against average and tied for fifth with a .923 save percentage.
Subban could have to set aside some of his loyalties in order to fit in in Boston. He wears the number 30 in honor of his idol, New York Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist, and his older brother, P.K., plays for the Montreal Canadiens.
