Bruins vs. Penguins: Bruins Face Surging Penguins Sunday Afternoon

The Boston Bruins will look to rebound after Saturday's loss to the Washington Capitals as they face the red hot Pittsburgh Penguins in a Sunday matinee.

The Boston Bruins (40-24-3) face the surging Pittsburgh Penguins (41-21-5) on Sunday afternoon at 12:30 p.m. in Pittsburgh's Consol Energy Center. The Bruins are coming off a 4-3 loss to the Washington Capitals on Saturday afternoon.

The Bruins will be without wingers Daniel Paille (upper body injury, suffered March 3rd) and Benoit Pouliot (lower body injury, suffered Saturday.) Max Suave, recalled from AHL Providence on Saturday, will skate in Pouliot's place. It will be Suave's first NHL start. Returning to the lineup will be defenseman Andrew Ference, who has been out since last week with an upper body injury.

The Penguins have won eight in a row, and are a mere four points behind the first place New York Rangers in the Atlantic Division. Captain Sidney Crosby, who stated Wednesday that he hoped he would return for today's game, will not get the start.
