2012 NHL All-Star Game: (Preview)

The NHL will roll out its very best on Sunday afternoon for the 59th NHL All Star Game, with the puck set to drop at 4 p.m. ET. The game can be seen on NBC Sports.

Team Chara will take on Team Alfredsoon, with each squad carrying 25 of the NHL's brightest stars. Chara and Alfredsson were designated as captains for the event, and each drafted their lineup during Thursday night's Fantasy Player Draft.

Two of Chara's selections were his Bruins teammates Tyler Seguin and Tim Thomas. Seguin will make his All Star debut on Sunday, while Thomas was named to his fourth All Star team in five seasons. Seguin leads all NHLers with a +34 Plus/Minus rating, and is tied with Patrice Bergeron for the team lead in scoring with 43 points. Thomas remains amongst the league's elite goaltenders, posting a .933 save percentage and 2.12 goals against in 31 games.
