Sven Baertschi, a 5'10", 185 pound left winger from the WHL, is the Boston Bruins' projected pick at No. 9 overall in the 2011 NHL Draft in Steven Hoffner of NHL.com's mock draft.
Baertschi, who was born on October 5, 1992, has been with the Portland Winterhawks of the WHL for one season, totaling 34 goals and 51 assists for 85 points this year. Here's what Hoffner had to say about Baertschi.

Baertschi had a great postseason as well, racking up 10 goals and 17 assists for 27 points in 21 games with Portland. In addition, Baertschi had a plus/minus of plus-10 and recorded 16 penalty minutes in the playoffs.
Hoffner has the Edmonton Oilers drafting WHL center Ryan Nugent-Hopkins with the No. 1 overall pick in the draft and has the Colorado Avalanche taking the OHL's Gabriel Landeskog, a left winger, at No. 2 overall.
