Stanley Cup Finals 2011 Odds: Canucks Favored Over Bruins In Series

When the 2011 Stanley Cup Finals get started Wednesday night, the Vancouver Canucks will be favored to hoist the cup against the Boston Bruins, at least according to the latest odds at Bodog.com.

The Canucks are heavy favorites at Bodog, at -230 (you'd have to risk $230 to win $100), to win the Stanley Cup, which would give Canada its first NHL title since 1993. The Bruins are at +190 on the moneyline (have to risk $100 to win $190).

As for Wednesday's Game 1 in Vancouver, the Canucks are obviously favored, going for -190 on the moneyline at Bodog. Additionally, they're a 1.5 goal favorite over the Bruins.

Some good news for Bruins fans: Boston was 24-12-5 on the road in the 2010-11 regular season (compared to 22-13-6 at home).

The series follows a 2-2-1-1-1 format, with the first two games of the series in Vancouver.
