The Eastern Conference's No. 1 team begins a three-game road trip this week (Dec. 26-Jan. 1), as the Boston Bruins travels to the Phoenix Coyotes, Wednesday, Dec. 28 (9 p.m. ET), and Dallas Stars, Saturday, Dec. 31 (8 p.m.), respectively. The road trip will finish next week at the New Jersey Devils, Wednesday, Jan. 4. All games can be seen locally on NESN.
Currently, the Bruins (23-9-1, 47 points) are seven points ahead of the Northeast Divisions second-place team the Toronto Maple Leafs (18-13-4, 40 points), and one point ahead of the New York Rangers (21-8-4) and Philadelphia Flyers (21-9-4) for the conference's best-point total.
Boston is currently on a six-game winning streak and has won eight of its last 10 games. The Bruins are also 10-3-0 on the road this season.
Meanwhile, the Stars (20-13-1) and Coyotes (18-14-3, 39 points) are currently sitting in second and third place, respectively, in the Western Conference's Pacific Division. Dallas is 11-5-1 at home, while Phoenix has a home-record of 11-6-1.
