Bruins Vs. Canadiens: Zdeno Chara, TIm Thomas, Claude Julien Audio

BOSTON - Tim Thomas and the Boston Bruins took care of business against the hated Montreal Canadiens, skating past the Habs to a 3-2 win on Monday night at TD Garden.

Thomas finished with 33 saves, including 16 in the third period, to pace the Bruins. Benoit Pouliot, David Krejci and Brad Marchand all scored for the B's while Tomas Plekanec and Erik Cole both scored goals for the Canadiens.

After the game, Zdeno Chara, Thomas and Bruins coach Claude Julien spoke to the media.

GAME NOTES: Joe Corvo played in his 600th career game Monday night...Bruins extended their sellout streak to 103 straight regular season games. The last non-sellout for the Bruins at TD Garden was on Dec. 2, 2006 against Tampa Bay...The Bruins are now 12-2-0 when they score the first goal of the game this season.
