NHL
Boston Bruins at Toronto Maple Leafs at 7 p.m. (CBC, NESN HD) The Bruins look to make it two consecutive wins on the heels of a three-game losing skid, against the Toronto Maple Leafs and former Bruin Phil Kessel. The 24-year old Kessel butted heads with Boston coach Claude Julien during his three-year stay in Boston, but now leads the NHL in goals (10) and points (21). Tyler Seguin tops the Bruins with 11 points.
College Football
LSU Tigers at Alabama Crimson Tide at 8 p.m. (CBS) The top two teams in the country. Les Miles vs. Nick Saban. The SEC West lead on the line. Pole position for a national championship berth in the balance. Should be fun.
Syracuse at UConn at noon (ESPNU)
Villanova at UMass at 3:30 p.m. (CSN)
South Carolina at Arkansas at 7:15 p.m. (ESPN)
