The Boston Bruins will look to extend their five-game winning streak this week, with games against the New Jersey Devils, Columbus Blue Jackets and New York Islanders.
The Bruins start the week with two home games, beginning Tuesday night (7 p.m., NESN) when New Jersey visits Boston for the teams' first meeting of the season. The Devils beat Washington in a shootout Saturday and currently lead Boston by one point in the Eastern Conference standings.
The Blue Jackets, who have the fewest points of any NHL team (7), will visit the TD Garden Thursday night (7 p.m., NESN). The Blue Jackets are just 3-12-1 through 16 games, and have posted a league-worst -24 goal differential.
Boston finishes the week on Saturday (7 p.m., NESN) against another struggling team. The Islanders are just 1-6-3 in their last 10 games, and currently occupy the Atlantic Division basement.
