Oklahoma moved up two spots and both South Carolina and West Virginia fell in the Week 9 AP poll released Sunday.
The Sooners jumped to the No. 8 spot after their 52-7 win over Kansas on Saturday. South Carolina fell eight spots to 17th, and West Virginia is now at No. 25 after its 55-14 loss to Kansas State.
Alabama remains on top of the poll. Oregon, Florida, Kansas State and Notre Dame round out the top five.
Boston College did not receive a vote. The Eagles are 1-6 and have lost five games in a row. Boston College fell to Georgia Tech, 37-17, on Saturday.
