The San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens will face off in Super XLVII. The championship game is set to take place in New Orleans at the Super Dome on Sunday, February 3rd. Kickoff between these two league juggernauts is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.

The 49ers and Ravens are two of the best the NFL has to offer, and it's only appropriate that they are the last two teams remaining.

The Niners won their match-up against the Falcons on the road at the Georgia Dome, and the Ravens did the same against the Patriots at Gillette Stadium. They are both hot teams right now and easily boast the two of the league's more stacked rosters. They are balanced, physical and do not beat themselves.

Baltimore could be destined for greatness this year. This last hoorah by Ray Lewis and the Ravens has been miraculous. No. 52 has had to go through Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady to go to his second Super Bowl ever. Lewis and the Ravens won a championship in 2000 in a storybook season, and this year has been unique in its own right.

Not to mention, with the Ravens and 49ers clashing in the championship, the Harbaugh family can rest assured that they will add a Super Bowl to their legacy — no matter the outcome. John and Jim are the first-ever brothers to face one another in the Super Bowl as head coaches.
