London 2012 Olympics: Team USA Men's Basketball Vs. Lithuania Preview: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

Team USA men's basketball looks to continue their run through Group A in Saturday's game against Lithuania. They're 3-0 so far in the 2012 London Olympics, and they enter the game as massive favorites.

Led by Linas Kleiza of the Toronto Raptors, Lithuania is 1-2 so far in competition, with a win over Nigeria but losses to Argentina and France. Their 72-53 win over Nigeria is considerably less impressive than Team USA's record-breaking 156-73 win over the same squad. The U.S. also has victories over Tunisia and France.

Team USA is currently averaging 121.3 points per game, with their opponents averaging only 69.0. Carmelo Anthony leads the scoring for the team with 20.7 points per game. The team's margin of victory has increased with each game, a bad sign for Lithuania. Tip-off is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. ET with television coverage provided by the NBC Sports Network.
