Patriots Vs. Giants Score Update: New England, New York Tied 3-3 Through 3 Quarters

If you're not watching the New England Patriots and the New York Giants latest installment of their annual pre-season game, you're not missing much.

After the Patriots held a 3-0 halftime lead, the Giants have tied the game at three through three quarters, as a number of reserve players on both sides of the ball fight diligently to earn a roster spot.

Brian Hoyer has replaced Ryan Mallett under center, going 3-4 for 18 yards through a few series.

For the Giants, wide receiver Ramses Barden is looking to secure a spot as the team's third wide receiver on the depth chart behind Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz, with four catches for 31 yards tonight.

With such a low scoring affair, Patriots punter Zoltan Mesko is having quite the active night, with seven punts for an average of 46 yards, comfortably placing four of those punts inside the Giants 20-yard line.

While rookie running back Branden Bolden got some reps in the first half, former Florida Gators running back Jeff Demps has come in and seen some action, accruing more than 45 yards from scrimmage on five carries and three receptions.
