The Boston Red Sox will try to even their weekend series against the rival Yankees on Saturday with Jon Lester on the mound. Nick Swisher went deep twice on Friday night to pace New York to a 6-4 win, and push the Yankees lead to 13.5 games ahead in the standings.
With the afternoon game following up last night's loss, the second half of the order was switched around a bit by Bobby Valentine. Ryan Lavarnway will be behind the plate catching Lester, and Nick Punto will be in the lineup at third. The complete lineups for Game 2 below.
