Wimbledon 2012 Scores And Results: Novak Djokovic To Meet Roger Federer In Semifinals

The semifinal round of the men's draw at Wimbledon 2012 will have two matchups of high seeds after the matches on Wednesday provided no upsets.

No. 1 Novak Djokovic defeated No. 31 Florian Mayer, 6-4, 6-1, 6-4.

No. 3 Roger Federer defeated No. 26 Mikhail Youzhny, 6-1, 6-2, 6-2.

Djokovic and Federer will meet in one semifinal while Andy Murray Jo-Wilfried Tsonga will matchup in the other semifinal.

No. 4 Andy Murray defeated No. 7 David Ferrer, 6-7 (7-5), 7-6 (8-6), 6-4, 7-6 (7-4).

No. 5 Jo-Wilfried Tsonga defeated No. 27 Philipp Kohlschreiber, 7-6 (7-5), 4-6, 7-6 (7-3), 6-2.

Djokovic is the reigning Wimbledon champion and will be aiming for his fifth consecutive Grand Slam final. He won the Australian Open this year and finished runner-up in the French Open.
