Moore led the Big East in tackles for loss (16 total) in 2011-12 and earned Second Team All-Big East honors. Moore also earned a spot on the Butkus Award watchlist, which is given to the best defensive player in the country.
Meanwhile, Williams earned First Team All-Big East honors as a linebacker. Williams was also named to the Nagurki Award watchlist for the 2012 season.
Last season, Boston College's Luke Kuechly won the Lombardi Award at the linebacker position.
