2012 U.S. Open Golf Leaderboard: Keegan Bradley Shoots 3-Over-Par In First Round

On Thursday at the 2012 U.S. Open at the Olympic Club in San Francisco, CA, Vermont native Keegan Bradley finished his opening round with a 3-over-par 73. Bradley's round has him currently tied for 74th. Bradley has not played in the U.S. Open before.

While Bradley hit 12 of 18 greens in regulation (66.67%), he was 0-2 on sand saves and 6 of 14 on fairways hit (42.86%). As a result, even though Bradley had three birdies on the day, he also had four bogies and one double bogey (on hole 14).

Bradley's Friday round begins at 4:47 p.m. Eastern. He's paired with Adam Scott and Webb Simpson. Simpson is 2-over-par and Scott is 6-over-par. The day one leader is currently Michael Thompson who shot 4-under-par.
