Bruins Vs. Penguins: B's Want Last Few Games To Be Big

The season is coming to a close, and teams are still battling through to the end, including tonight's matchup between the Bruins and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

After a miserable February, and well, half of March, the Bruins have finally turned on the heat--and at the right time.

With just three games left to go in the regular season, the B's head into tonight's game against the Penguins with five wins in their last six games--the only loss coming against the Washington Capitals in a shootout.

Two of their last three games will be in Boston at TD Garden, facing the Penguins tonight and the Sabres on Saturday. They will travel to Ottawa on Thursday for their last regular season away game.

The B's have clinched a No. 2 seed after take the Northeast Division Title and can knock that monkey off their shoulder after the last two months have built up stress in the organization.

While Boston seems to be surging heading into the playoffs, the Penguins have been faltering a little bit of their own after the plowed through part of the season. Their most recent loss to the Flyers showed just some of the frustration in the organization, and they are hoping they can end their own season on a good note with a win tonight against the B's.

The puck drops at 7:30 p.m. EDT, and the game will be broadcast live on NESN, NBCSN(HD) and TSN2 and aired on 98.5 The Sports Hub.
