Bruins Vs. Islanders Final Score: Rask Injured, B's Fall To Islanders, 3-2

The Boston Bruins dropped a home game to the New York Islanders on Saturday, but lost more than just the game, as goalie, Tuukka Rask, went down with nasty looking knee injury.

Rask was helped off the ice by teammates and rumor has it he left the area in crutches. The severity of his injury is still unknown, but the Bruins have recalled goaltender, Michael Hutchinson, from their AHL affiliate in Providence.

As for the game, the Bruins fell to 38-22-3 on the season, but still hold their position as the second seed in the Eastern Conference standings. Tyler Seguin and Milan Lucic both scored their 22nd goals of the season. Rask's replacement, Tim Thomas, allowed two of the Islanders three goals on 13 shots against.

The B's next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 4, when they travel to New York to face the Islanders.
