The Kansas City Chiefs won Sunday, in a manner of speaking, as they will pick first overall in the 2013 NFL Draft.
Entering the 17th and final week of the season, it was the Chiefs and the Jacksonville Jaguars in the running for the top spot. It's impossible to know whether their losses in the final week of play was tanking for the future or just the same poor play that allowed them to win just two of their first 15 games, but regardless, both lost: Kansas City fell 38-3 to the Denver Broncos, while Jacksonville lost 38-20 to the Tennessee Titans. The Chiefs earned the top pick as a result of their strength of schedule.
Here's a full look at the top 20 picks in the 2013 NFL Draft Order, as provided by SB Nation's Mocking the Draft.

As for the Patriots, they'll obviously wait until their playoff run is over before they start thinking about the draft. They'll pick somewhere between No. 24 and No. 32, having sealed a first-round bye in the playoffs, with their pick becoming official when they're eliminated.
