The Alabama Crimson Tide stayed an unanimous No. 1 in the AP Top 25 poll after their comeback victory in Baton Rouge against the No. 9 LSU Tigers. The other top undefeated team's in the poll also stayed in the same poll position, causing the Week 11 poll to closely resemble the Week 10 poll.
The No. 2 Oregon Ducks and No. 3 Kansas St. Wildcats remained in their spots following victories against ranked opponents. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are still No. 4 despite needing multiple overtimes to defeat unranked Pittsburgh Panthers at home. The Ohio St. Buckeyes and Georgia Bulldogs received an equal number of votes and are tied in the No. 5 spot.
The Florida Gators sit just outside the top five at No.7, and are followed by in-state rival Florida St. Seminoles at No. 8. LSU fell four positions following their loss to Alabama, while the Clemson Tigers round out the top ten.
