The South Carolina Gamecocks, the Florida Gators, and the West Virginia Mountaineers are all now in the top five of the Associated Press' latest college football poll. South Carolina defeated No. 5 Georgia to take the No. 3 spot, Florida defeated LSU to take their No. 4 spot, and West Virginia beat No. 11 Texas to jump into this week's No. 5 spot.

Florida State, which was ranked third headed into the weekend, was upset by North Carolina State to drop out of the top 10 altogether. They are now ranked at No. 12.
