Patriots vs. Rams score: Patriots lead 38-7 through three quarters

The New England Patriots lead the St. Louis Rams, 38-7, after three quarters of Sunday's game in London.

Tom Brady opened the second-half scoring with touchdown strike to wide receiver Brandon Lloyd. The Patriots drove down the field in 2 minutes, 36 seconds before Brady found Lloyd on a slant on the left side for a 9-yard touchdown catch. The score gave New England a commanding 35-7 lead.

Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski drilled a 26-yard field goal with 6:55 left in the third quarter to put the Patriots up, 38-7.

The Patriots were forced to punt for the first time in the game in the final minutes of the third quarter.

Tom Brady has been solid for the Patriots, going 19-of-31 for 255 yards and three touchdowns. Sam Bradford has been efficient for the Rams. He has completed 23 of 28 passes for 204 yards and a touchdown.

Stevan Ridley leads the Patriots' ground attack with 119 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries. Shane Vereen has chipped in 14 yards and a touchdown.

Steven Jackson has seven carries for 23 yards for St. Louis.

Rob Gronkowski has had one of his best games of the season, catching six passes for 116 yards and a touchdown.

Chris Givens is the Rams' leading receiver with three catches, 63 yards and a touchdown.
