National Football League

New England Patriots at St. Louis Rams - 1 p.m. (TV/Radio: CBS/98.5 WBZ): The Patriots will travel to London to meet with the Rams on Sunday. New England is coming off a very shaky performance against the New York Jets, which it eventually won 29-26 in overtime. Now, Tom Brady will try to lead his team to another victory to bring the Patriots' record to 5-3 at the midway point of the season.

New Orleans Saints at Denver Broncos - 8:20 p.m. (TV/Radio: NBC/Westwood One): Drew Brees will lead the revitalized Saints into the Mile High city to take on Peyton Manning and the Broncos. Denver is leading the AFC West albeit with a 3-3 mark while New Orleans (2-4) is on a two-game winning streak.

Major League Baseball

San Francisco Giants at Detroit Tigers (TV/Radio: FOX/ESPN 93.7): The Giants will be seeking a sweep of the Motor City men with Matt Cain on the mound in Comerica Park. So far, San Francisco has put on a historic pitching clinic, allowing just one run in the series.

Max Scherzer is charged with giving the Tigers life for another day. If he can win, Game 5 will be played on Monday night. If he can't, the Giants will have their second World Series title in three years.
