The Orioles and Yankees get Game 5 underway at Yankee Stadium with first pitch, airing on TBS, coming at 5:07 p.m. ET. Baltimore's Jason Hammel (0-0, 3.18 ERA in the postseason) faces New York's ace CC Sabathia (1-0, 2.08 ERA in the postseason). The last three games of the series have been decided by one run.

In the National League, the St. Louis Cardinals and Washington Nationals will decide their Division series in the nation's capital. First pitch on TBS is scheduled for 8:37 p.m. ET, as St. Louis sends Adam Wainwright (0-0, 1.59 ERA in the playoffs) to the hill to go against the Nationals' Gio Gonzalez (0-0, 3.60 ERA in the playoffs) for the right to face the San Francisco Giants in the NL Championship series.
