Patriots vs. Seahawks: New England looks to keep winning in Seattle

It's funny how a record can be so misleading. Two teams with identical records, the New England Patriots (3-2) and Seattle Seahawks (3-2), meet at CenturyLink Field at 4:05 p.m. ET on Sunday, but the similarity ends there.

New England is first in the AFC East and Seattle is tied for last in the NFC West. One team (the Patriots) enter with a top ten passing attack, and the other (the Seahawks) have the second worst aerial assault in the league. New England allows the third most passing yards against while Seattle has the NFL's fifth best pass defense. Truly, these teams are similar in record alone.

Tom Brady and the Pats are riding a two-game winning streak into Seattle after clobbering the Buffalo Bills two weeks ago and handing rival Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos a 31-21 defeat last Sunday. Brady has a 102.8 rating with 1,450 passing yards and eight touchdowns thus far this season, but it has been New England's rushing game that has raised eyebrows. The three-headed monster of Stevan Ridley, Danny Woodhead, and Brandon Bolden have helped the running game become the third best in the NFL with 827 total yards.

Seattle, winner of three of its last four games, boasts a rushing attack that isn't too shabby, either, ranking seventh in the league. The passing game, led by rookie quarterback Russell Wilson, leaves a lot to be desired, ranking 31st. Wilson has had his moments, but still has a lot of work to do before he can be considered a legitimate starting NFL quarterback. He has yet to top 1,000 yards passing and has thrown five touchdowns. Wilson threw for a career-best 221 yards and completed 76 percent of his passes in last weekend's 16-12 win over the Carolina Panthers.

New England enters Sunday's game as a 3.5-point favorite over Seattle.
