Major League Baseball

Boston Red Sox vs. Toronto Blue Jays, 7:07 p.m (TV/Radio: NESN/WEEI) - Let's not even say what number win this could be for Tim Wakefield. The less pressure, the better. Wakefield takes the mound in the third game of the Red Sox's series against the Blue Jays. The Sox made up for Monday night's air show distracted 1-0 loss by scoring 14 runs against the Blue Jays Tuesday evening. The Blue Jays will trot out right hander Brandon Morrow against the Sox. Morrow has allowed four hits or fewer in four of his last five starts. Can't get to a TV or want company while watching? Follow along on our stream.

Atlanta Braves vs. Philadephia Phillies, 7p.m. (TV: ESPN) -  It's doubleheader time on ESPN, providing you a night chock full of baseball if you're so inclined.

Seattle Mariners at Los Angeles Angels, 10 p.m. (TV: ESPN)

More sports on TV Wednesday after the jump.

Tennis

U.S. Open Quarterfinals, 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. (TV: ESPN2)

Pick Of The Afternoon

I give you one thing I would be watching during the day if I was able. If you're around a TV, watch it for me. Thanks in advance.

Hard Knocks: A Decade of Training Camps, 4:30 p.m. (TV: HBO2) - Since Hard Knocks was unable to film at an NFL training camp this summer thanks to that no-good lockout, they put together the equivilent of a sitcom clip show, showing some of the best segments of Hard Knocks past. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
