A day after bringing the support early and the heavy artillery late, the Boston Red Sox and Baltimore Orioles will get back to business and look to avoid any repercussions following Friday night's near-brawl induced by Kevin Gregg.
The Red Sox will return to a very familiar, lefty-heavy lineup against right-hander Alfredo Simon, and will hope to get a strong rebound performance form John Lackey after a game in which he allowed eight runs to the Toronto Blue Jays.
