NBA Draft 2011: Boston Celtics Host 11 Players In Pre-Draft Workout

In preparation for the 2011 NBA Draft on June 23, 2011 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, the Boston Celtics hosted 11 players for pre-draft workouts at their training facility in Waltham, MA on Tuesday.

The list of attendees included Brazilian seven-footer Lucas Nogueira, Demontez Stitt, Kevin Anderson, Joffrey Lauvergne, Brad Wanamaker, Diante Garrett, David Lighty, Delroy James, Chaisson Allen, Cory Joseph and Terrence Jennings.

Stitt, Anderson and Jennings all worked out with the team on Monday, as well. Lighty, a forward from Ohio State and Joseph, a guard from Texas are both predicted to be second round picks. (via WEEI)

Boston is currently projected to draft Marshon Brooks, a guard/forward from Providence, with their first pick at No. 25 overall in the 2011 NBA Draft. Brooks was second in the nation in scoring, averaging 24.6 points for the Friars.
