Jed Lowrie For MVP

While the Red Sox have struggled, there’s been one constant: Led Lowrie. His .462 batting average would easily lead MLB if he had 14 more plate appearances, and in his eight starts, he’s had at least one hit in six of them.

But he’s really shined starting with the homestand on April 9. Since then (nine games, seven starts) he’s gone 17-for-32 with two doubles, three home runs and a walk.
