Professional Football
Oakland Raiders vs. San Diego Chargers at 8:20 p.m. (NFL) The NFL is now on television three out of four nights a week. We're inching toward seven-for-seven and it feels oh so good. The Raiders and Chargers are part of a three-way tie atop the AFC West at 4-4. Winner of this game gets a leg up.
College Football
Virginia Tech vs. Georgia Tech at 8 p.m. (ESPN) These two Top 25 teams meet with the winner likely on its way to a spot in the ACC Championship game representing the Coastal Division. Virginia Tech has beaten the Yellow Jackets four of the past six seasons.
Ohio vs. Central Michigan at 7:30 p.m. (ESPNU) It's kind of like Ohio St. vs. Michigan except not really. But the Bobcats are probably the best team in MAC football, so there's that.
