Patriots Safety Pat Chung Fined Again

Patriots safety Pat Chung was fined $7,500 for an unnecessary roughness penalty he received during the teams 31-19 win over the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.

The play occurred in the fourth quarter when Chung hit a player well after the whistle on a passing play with the game already secured.  It's the fourth fine that Chung has received during his career and the second time this season.

Chung was fined $15,000 earlier this season for grabbing the facemask of Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush in the 2nd quarter during the Pats season opening win.

Chung was not the only player to be fined during the game.  Former Patriots lineman Richard Seymour was hit with a pair of $7,500 fines.  The first came when he hit Tom Brady late and was flagged for roughing the passer.  The second came later in the game when he grabbed Pats running back Benjarvus Green-Ellis by the facemask and pulled him down.
