Drew Bledsoe Offers To Help With BP Oil Spill

The Deepwater Horizon oil spill continues to wreak havoc in the Gulf of Mexico, but fortunately, help is on the way: Drew Bledsoe. No, really.

Apparently, Bledsoe is an investor in the Ecosphere Technologies' Ozonix water treatment system (along with Troy Aikman, oddly enough).

"This is not technology sitting on the shelf waiting for a disaster," Bledsoe added. "This is technology out in the field satisfying contracts for well over a year, so it's proven. ... When you watch it, it is magic seeing dirty, nasty water go in one end and then crystal, clean water out the other end."

The former Patriots quarterback says they "can be on site within 72 hours, cleaning water.” At this point, maybe BP should give it a shot. I mean, he's no Kevin Coster, but might as well give it a try.
