Patriots Offseason 2012: Pats Announce Signing Of Jabar Gaffney
The New England Patriots have officially announced the signing of free agent wide receiver Jabar Gaffney. Gaffney previously played with the Patriots from 2006 through 2008.

Gaffney, a second round draft pick in 2002, played for the Washington Redskins last season after spending two years with the Denver Broncos prior to that, catching 68 passes for 947 yards and five touchdowns in 16 games. In 155 career games, Gaffney has 5,622 receiving yards and 24 touchdowns in 10 seasons. Gaffney's best season in New England came in 2007, when he had 449 receiving yards and five scores.
